Middle East Sales and Customer Relations Specialist (Fully Remote)
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Middle East Sales and Customer Relations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, fostering strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence in the Middle East region.
This dynamic role will involve providing crucial support to our executives in various administrative and organizational tasks.
Job Scopes:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets in the Middle East market.
- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Actively seek out and engage with potential customers to expand our client base and increase market share.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that address client requirements.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or customer relations, with a focus on the Middle East market.
- Strong understanding of the cultural, economic, and business landscape in the Middle East region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and execute effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
